Five questions worth asking
What will the system do? Ask how it addresses the entrances, rooms or camera views that matter to your property.
What does installation include? Clarify cabling, power supplies, configuration, making good and the handover you will receive.
Which features are included? App access, recording, remote viewing and monitoring depend on the selected equipment and service. Confirm the features you expect in writing.
What are the ongoing costs? Ask about maintenance, monitoring, communications, subscriptions, batteries and chargeable callouts where relevant.
Who helps afterwards? Understand the contact route, support hours, warranty arrangements and any response commitments included in your agreement.
